List of the most beautiful parks in St. Petersburg:
1
Park of the 300th anniversary of St. Petersburg
The beginning of this park was given in 1995, when the city turned 300 years old. It is believed that this is the youngest park in the city.
The main objects of the park are fountains and a swimming pool, as well as a 22-meter-high column made into a lighthouse, which is divided into 3 zones. Each zone is a symbol of one of the three centuries of the city. The park is decorated with about 1,000 landings that were brought from different corners. For example, Finland presented 300 decorative apple trees, and the German savings park gave them linden plantations (by the way, there were 300 of them as well).

The monument to Francisco da Miranda, which was erected here in 2012, has special magic. According to legend, you need to rub the left boot, and then by all means the family life will be carefree and happy. This monument is the youngest of the magical representatives, so its magic is the strongest.
It should be noted that free Wi-Fi is connected in the park, which anyone can connect to without any time limit.

This park is beautiful at any time of the year. It is the oldest park in the city - its construction was started in 1704 by order of Peter the Great. It is surrounded by water on all sides, therefore it was often flooded. In 2012, fountains were restored here, which were destroyed during the flood in 1777.

Now the appearance of the park is as close as possible to what it was in the 18th century. One of the attractions is a monument to fabulist Krylov Ivan Andreevich.

On the territory of the complex is the Summer Palace of Peter the Great, he remembers all the floods of the city, including the worst, that happened in 1824, when the Neva climbed 421 meters.

Alexandria park
Alexandria Park is the largest in the suburbs of St. Petersburg - Peterhof, its area is more than one hundred hectares. Peterhof pleases us with an abundance of statues and fountains, the Baroque style prevails here, however this park is different from all the others.

It is designed in the neo-Gothic style. The main attraction of Alexandria is the Farm Palace and the Alexander Nevsky Chapel. The chapel amazes with an abundance of sculptures and high carved towers directed to the sky. At the moment, the church is closed, there are no services, but you can endlessly admire and study it.
Not only architecture glorified the park, but also nature. Well-groomed trees, small paths, trimmed lawns cannot but arouse admiration of visitors. When visiting Peterhof, most-beauty.ru highly recommends that you also visit this beautiful park of St. Petersburg.
4
Mikhailovsky Garden
The main feature of this park is its dual purpose. It was created as landscape and regular. The famous architect Carl Rossi worked on landscape design.
A lot of fruit crops and medicinal herbs were grown on the territory of the park, greenhouses and hotbeds were built to grow exotic plants.
The highlight of the park is given by the fact that it is a kind of “green hall” in the open.
The park is located in the very center of the city, so it is surrounded by many museums, temples and monuments. At the northwestern part of the complex is the Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood.
5
South Seaside Park
No less beautiful is the South Seaside Park. The main exhibit here is clean ponds. There are two of them: large and small. Between themselves they are connected by a channel.
Initially, the park was named after Vladimir Ilyich Lenin, but after some time it had to be renamed. To the 65th anniversary of the victory in World War II, a fountain was installed in the park.
Many birds live here: gulls, woodpeckers, pigeons and sparrows. Therefore, sometimes the park is called "bird". The alleys are planted with numerous trees: oaks, weeping willows, spruces, lindens.
There is also an amusement park where you can have fun both for children and adults.
